About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and client-oriented Presales Consultant to support our sales and delivery teams in driving impactful conversations with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in crafting technical solutions, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop technical and functional responses to RFPs and other client documentation.
- Understand client pain points and propose innovative, customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Assist in building proposals, solution architecture, pricing models, and value propositions.
- Conduct product walkthroughs, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and pilot sessions with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Delivery, Tech teams) to ensure alignment of client requirements and deliverables.
- Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
- Support business development efforts with research, pitch decks, and strategy support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales roles.
- Strong understanding of analytics, data science, AI/ML solutions, cloud technologies, or SaaS platforms.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to create solution documents, proposals, and architecture-level discussions.
- Experience in conducting client workshops, requirement gathering, and product demonstrations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
