- Lead is instrumental in ensuring adherence to actionables across portfolio companies across asset classes including corporates, real estate, sponsor finance through comphrensive analysis of financial information, credit ratings

- Proactively flagging EWS and managing workout scenario with relevant stakeholders

Client Details:

Investment Banking firm which is into leveraged finance portfolio

1st fund - 1500cr - 1st close to be announced soon

2nd fund - 1500cr - deployment stage with additional funding via Greenshoe Option of 500cr

Role :

- Post Deal Portfolio Management across portfolio companies across asset classes

- Identify portfolio trends, market information

- Proactively flag and escalate early warning signals

- Strong knowledge of financial management / modelling, credit risk of mid-large corporates
