B.E. /B. Tech Civil -FT, PG from NICMAR preferred (FT)

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Project for planning, scheduling, tracking and generating comprehensive reports for successful project management

Experience

12+years' experience in Planning and Coordination for Commercial, Residential RE asset class.

Major Roles and responsibilities

- Work closely with the leadership team of Projects and Infrastructure Business unit to develop pre-construction, construction and post-construction macro schedule starting from land Survey.

- Drive creation of budgets & costing, store schedules and monitor progress against the same every week.

- Support Regional leadership team to undertake resource planning and ensure allocation of resources across every project level

- Prepare delays/deviation analysis in line with the contractual agreed timelines and suggest recovery plan to the leadership team to minimize financial impact

- Circulating the quarterly targets to the concern stakeholders and monitoring the same.

- Coordination with Design, Commercial, Contracts, BD and legal, Liasioning, MEP, Accounts, Taxation, Operation & maintenance department.

- Ensure coordination between the various stakeholders to ensure timely update on critical approvals, long lead procurement items. In case of any lapses, timely escalation to the leadership team.

- Discuss the constraint lists monthly with the regional leads and resolving the critical issues.

- Ensuring all the SOP's are implemented and followed across all the sites.

- Visiting the sites to ensure no deviation in the SOP's and specifications in various stages
