
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete project planning and scheduling activities from project initiation through project handover.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules covering design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
- Prepare project baselines, master schedules, milestone plans and detailed execution schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify schedule variances and critical delays.
- Conduct critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
- Develop recovery plans and acceleration strategies to mitigate schedule slippages.
- Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports and executive reviews for senior management.
- Track project performance indicators and provide schedule forecasting and trend analysis.
- Coordinate with construction, design, procurement, contracts, commercial and MEP teams to ensure schedule adherence.
- Participate in project review meetings with consultants, contractors and project leadership teams.
- Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation measures to improve project delivery performance.
- Conduct delay analysis and assess schedule impacts arising from project changes or disruptions.
- Review construction sequencing, resource deployment and productivity trends.
- Provide planning inputs for project execution strategies and management decision-making.
- Support project leadership in achieving delivery targets through proactive planning and controls.
- Guide and mentor planning engineers while promoting best practices in project planning and controls.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline).
- 10 - 15 years of experience in project planning and controls within real estate, construction, infrastructure or EPC projects.
- Proven experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, township or high-rise developments.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, construction methodologies and project controls.
- Experience working directly with senior management, project directors and leadership teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex project environment.
