- Hiring, coaching, and building a High-performance team. Leverage analytics and user insights, Bringing in Process changes to improve sales conversion funnel
- Monthly planning and tracking of key organization KRA's
- Dashboards/performance tracking for key revenue stakeholders
- Implementing best practices/standardization across operational teams
- Analyzing business funnels on a daily basis.
- Tracking key metrics in the daily business funnel.
- Analyzing and scrutinizing the underwriting of the funnel.
- Deriving daily disbursals through various lending partners.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify new opportunities and refine product offerings. Remain updated on market developments and recommend product/ policy updates to improve the company's product offering and competitive position in the market.
