Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives for our online marketplace. In this role, you will be the architect of our user acquisition and retention strategy, managing multi-million dollar budgets to drive scalable growth across our e-commerce ecosystem. You will work closely with product, data science, and creative teams to optimize the full-funnel experience, ensuring that every marketing dollar spent translates into measurable business impact.

Your work will directly influence our market share, customer lifetime value, and the overall efficiency of our digital footprint, making you a pivotal leader in our organization's growth trajectory in the Delhi/NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Google ads and Meta ads campaigns.

- Focus on Return on ad spend & efficiency.

- Product-Channel-Market fit: identify which SKUs & categories to push, on which channel, to which audience.

- Google & Meta as primary channels, with a mandate to test & build new paid & affiliate channels.
