Lead - Performance Marketing - Marketplace & Quick Commerce

About the Role:

Our client is hiring a Performance Marketing professional to drive growth across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Instamart Ads, and other relevant channels to maximize visibility, conversions, and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other marketplace platforms.

- Plan and execute sponsored ads, search campaigns, display ads, and promotional activities to drive sales and visibility.

- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.

- Manage media budgets efficiently and deliver growth targets across platforms.

- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversions, and profitability.

- Work closely with Category, Brand, and Content teams to optimize product listings, creatives, and promotions.

- Develop platform-specific growth strategies for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sale events.

- Track competitor activities, keyword trends, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Marketplace Marketing, or E-commerce Growth.

- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Swiggy Instamart Ads, or similar platforms.

- Experience working with D2C, FMCG, Consumer Brands, or E-commerce businesses is preferred.
