Lead - Performance Marketing


Position Overview:


As a Performance Marketing Lead specializing in the Jewelry category, you will be responsible getting quality traffic to the website/mobile and CAC is the core metric. You will be closely working with the founder to strategize Marketing Campaigns across channels.


Core Responsibilities:


- You will be a core part of our marketing & growth team.


- Basic Expectation is that you love spending good amount of time on the ads dashboard, play with it and optimize campaigns for best ROAS. Your responsibilities will include:

- Own key KPIs: Website/App Conversions, CAC, MAU, DAU, Stickiness, Retention, Purchase Cohorts, Repeat Rates

- Plan, execute, measure, and report on performance marketing campaigns across categories, brands, and platforms (Meta & Google as core, but open to experimenting with others like YouTube, Snapchat, Programmatic, Apple)

- Drive acquisition efficiency (CAC, ROAS, CR) while simultaneously improving customer retention (repeat rates, cohort health, LTV)

- Build & run CRM journeys (email, push, in-app) to improve engagement and reactivation

- Segment audiences, run cohort analyses, and identify opportunities to deepen engagement and repeat purchases

- Work closely with design/content to deliver high-performing creatives across all customer touchpoints (ads, CRM, website, app)

- Continuously A/B test creatives, messaging, and channels to unlock new growth levers

- Plan & execute launches for new brands/collections with acquisition + retention strategies

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to align marketing plans with business objectives

- Constantly scan for trends, insights, and new audiences to test and scale

- Collaborating with agency partners to execute campaigns on (but not limited to) Facebook,

Instagram, Google Display, YouTube, Snapchat, Apple, Programmatic


Desired Qualifications:


- B.Tech + MBA, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;

- 5-9 years experience working in Digital Marketing Agencies/Roles in e-commerce Marketplaces

- Deep understanding of digital environment and tools such as FB ads manager, Google ads, DV 360

- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and drive results.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
