A fast-scaling FMCG company with a strong presence across instant meals, snacking, and new-age global food brands is looking to hire a Lead Performance Marketing (Quick Commerce Growth) to drive revenue and visibility across Indias leading Q-commerce platforms.
This is a hands-on growth role, not a pure media-buying position. The mandate is clear: turn platform media spends into sustained GMV, rankings, velocity, and repeat demand across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now, and emerging quick-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across Q-commerce platforms
- Drive search, browse, category visibility, sponsored listings, and in-app placements
- Manage and optimise daily campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, contribution margins, and rankings
- Own Q-commerce media budgets and dynamically reallocate spends based on performance
- Work closely with content and design teams to optimise creatives, listings, PDPs, and keywords
- Build and track dashboards covering GMV, ROAS, CAC, share of voice, and repeat metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, finance, and product teams to ensure growth is backed by availability and execution
- Lead growth for new launches with clear ramp-up and scale plans
What Were Looking For:
- 59 years of experience in performance marketing, with 23 years of strong Q-commerce exposure in a CPG/FMCG setup
- Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now ad ecosystems
- Strong understanding of ranking mechanics, velocity drivers, ROAS, and contribution margins
- Proven track record of scaling brands profitably on quick-commerce platforms
- Highly analytical, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-feedback environments
