PERFORMANCE MARKETING LEAD:

If you are a disciplined marketing operator who understands that paid media is not about launching ads but about building a predictable, scalable revenue engine - and you are comfortable being accountable for measurable growth - this role is for you.

We are looking for our Performance Marketing Lead to own and elevate the paid acquisition strategy of a premium, science-led beauty brand. Rather than high-level media planning, this role is for a practitioner who finds professional satisfaction in structure, testing rigor, and commercial clarity. You will own the execution of a high-standard paid media roadmap: from designing creative testing systems to scaling across Meta, Native, TikTok, and emerging channels.

LOCATION:

This is a full-time remote role based in India. We hire for ownership, skill, and performance - not geography. You will work closely with international leadership and cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO:

- Strategize on the overall consumer personas, consumer funnels, and consumer journeys for my client working closely with the founders and executive team.

- Own the paid acquisition roadmap across Meta, along with Native, Google, TikTok, and additional performance channels as we scale.

- Design and maintain a structured creative testing engine with clear hypotheses, iteration cycles, and performance benchmarks.

- Translate revenue targets into disciplined budget allocation and channel strategy decisions.

- Continuously optimize for CAC, blended CPA, contribution margin, and customer acquisition quality.

- Collaborate closely with the DTC E-commerce team (conversion and retention) and Communications team (creative and copywriting), along with a network of leading agencies across Europe, to ensure traffic quality aligns with on-site performance and brand positioning.

WHO YOU ARE:

- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience for DTC brands.

- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, with proven ability to scale budgets while protecting efficiency.

- Experience in testing and scaling across additional channels such as Native or TikTok or others.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisive actions.

- Structured in experimentation - you build testing roadmaps, not random campaigns.

- Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment with high accountability and ownership of results.

- Experience in premium beauty, wellness, or science-led consumer brands is preferred.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

- 30 Days: You have audited all active accounts, cleaned up inefficiencies, and established a structured testing and reporting framework.

- 60 Days: Creative testing cadence is disciplined and consistent. Budget allocation reflects clear performance signals. Early efficiency improvements are visible.

- 90 Days: Paid revenue growth is structured and scalable. A repeatable acquisition engine is in place across Meta and secondary channels, with clear visibility into CAC stability and future scale potential.
