About Us:
We are a fast-growing Beauty & Personal Care D2C brand, backed by strong growth and scale ambitions. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by owning the entire digital marketing charter across platforms.
Role Overview:
- The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for scaling paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google, while managing large ad spends and leading a high-performing team.
- This is a leadership role with direct P&L impact, reporting to the Head of Marketing / Co-Founder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute performance marketing strategy across TikTok, Meta & Google (mandatory)
- Drive ROI-focused acquisition and retention campaigns for the brand
- Manage and optimize monthly spends of - 3-5 Cr across platforms
- Lead a team of 6-8 marketers, with 4 direct reports
- Partner with product, brand, and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to leadership
Key Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in performance marketing (Beauty / Personal Care / D2C preferred)
- Mandatory: Hands-on expertise in TikTok Ads + Meta Ads (applications without this will not be considered)
- Proven track record of managing high ad spends at scale
- Strong leadership skills with prior team management experience
- Analytical mindset with strong ROI and CAC focus
