Performance Marketing Lead

We are currently hiring for a
Performance Marketing Lead for a fast-growing
D2C brand. This role will be responsible for
driving strategy, execution, and portfolio-level growth across paid marketing channels, with a strong focus on delivering profitable and scalable growth.
The ideal candidate is someone with a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with proven experience in scaling consumer brands through performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while optimising key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV
- Manage and scale large advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and product lines
- Build and optimise retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion and retention
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to the overall growth strategy
Candidate Profile:- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within D2C or consumer brands
- Demonstrated experience in scaling campaigns profitably on Meta and Google Ads. Should have worked on spends upwards of 2-3 cr
- Strong understanding of performance funnels, user acquisition, and campaign optimization
- Ability to balance brand objectives with performance outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
