This role requires expertise in team leadership, project management, and ad strategy execution, with experience handling 200-300 crore in annual ad spends. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the performance marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns. - Strategize and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. - Optimize campaigns based on data insights from Google Analytics and other tracking tools. - Drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROI-focused marketing strategies. - Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals.
