The Lead of Performance Marketing is responsible for driving the performance marketing strategy to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE :
Strategic Planning and Execution :
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting performance metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Cross-Channel Marketing Management :
- Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including search, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Drive business growth through effective utilization of VRM channels, focusing on new customer acquisition as well as cross sell and upsell initiatives to enhance the overall share of wallet
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual content that resonates with target audiences.
Budget Management :
- Oversee the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor and adjust spending based on campaign performance and market conditions
Collaboration and Leadership :
- Lead a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
