The Role:
We are looking for a data-obsessed, hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to build and scale our digital sales engine from the ground up. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid media on our brand website and the strategic management of advertising tools on major marketplaces including Flipkart, Myntra, and Amazon. This role requires a unique blend of technical platform mastery, agency management, and sharp business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
D2C Growth: Plan, execute, and optimize daily performance campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping) to drive profitable sales on the company website.
Marketplace Ad Mastery: Manage and monitor the Myntra Ad Platform (MAP) and Flipkart PLA/PCA dashboards.
Search Analytics: Utilize search analytics to identify keyword gaps and optimize "Always-on" campaigns.
Agency Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external digital agencies.
Performance Auditing: Set KPIs and audit agency performance daily to ensure accuracy and focus on meaningful business metrics over vanity metrics.
Full-Funnel Analytics: Build and maintain real-time dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV, and RTO (Return to Origin) rates.
System Building: Establish the "First 90 Days" process for creative testing, keyword harvesting, and budget pacing where none currently exist.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within the Fashion/Lifestyle e-commerce sector or a specialized marketing agency.
Platform Expertise: Deep proficiency in GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
Marketplace Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Marketplace Seller Portals, specifically Flipkart and Myntra Search Analytics.
Analytical Depth: Proven ability to translate complex data into "Right Questions" for agencies and "Actionable Insights" for leadership.
Execution: Highly hands-on and capable of building systems and processes from scratch.
Reporting & Impact:
Reporting directly to the VP - Digital, you will play a critical role in defining the profitability and growth trajectory of the brand's digital channels. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and high-level business strategy.
Note:
The interested professionals with relevant experience should be in Chennai or comfortable relocating to Chennai.
