As the Lead Performance, HR Tech & Analytics, you will own and drive the organization's HR technology ecosystem, people analytics agenda, and performance management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Lead the end-to-end Performance Management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and calibration.
- Strengthen the performance philosophy aligned with business strategy and organizational culture.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on performance-related initiatives.
- Benchmark performance practices against leading organizations and introduce best practices.
HR Technology & Digital Transformation:
- Act as the functional owner for HRMS platforms and related HR technologies.
- Lead HR technology implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive AI adoption, automation, and digital solutions to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes through technology.
People Analytics:
- Develop and manage HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and leadership reporting.
- Build predictive analytics models covering areas such as attrition, workforce planning, and performance trends.
- Translate workforce data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Establish strong HR data governance and reporting standards.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with HR Leadership, Business Leaders, IT, Finance, Internal Audit, and external technology partners.
- Drive adoption of HR technology and analytics across the organization.
- Build data literacy and analytical capability within the HR function.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Human Resources (preferred).
- 9-11 years of HR experience.
- Minimum 5-6 years in a COE role managing Performance Management, HR Technology, and HR Analytics.
- Hands-on experience in HRMS implementation, enhancement, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in Performance Management frameworks and HR analytics.
- Experience working with HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, or PeopleStrong.
