Role Overview:

As the Lead for Performance and Benefits, you will spearhead the design and execution of total rewards and performance frameworks that drive high-performance culture and employee retention. You will work closely with senior leadership, HR business partners, and cross-functional department heads to align compensation structures and appraisal cycles with the companys strategic growth objectives. By analyzing market trends and internal data, you will ensure our benefits ecosystem remains competitive and impactful, directly influencing employee engagement, talent acquisition, and overall organizational productivity in our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive performance management systems that foster transparency and meritocracy across all levels of the organization.

- Manage the end-to-end annual compensation and benefits cycle, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks to attract and retain top-tier talent.

- Partner with leadership to refine incentive programs and variable pay structures that incentivize high-impact business outcomes.

- Analyze complex HR data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for executive stakeholders.

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and optimizing cost-effectiveness for the business.

- Facilitate training and workshops for managers to improve the quality of performance feedback and goal-setting processes.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling performance management frameworks and complex compensation structures within fast-paced environments.

- Exceptional analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret large datasets to drive strategic HR initiatives and reward policies.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and navigating complex organizational dynamics with ease.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for articulating policy changes and driving adoption across diverse teams.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration while based in Bangalore.

- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of professional experience in total rewards and performance management roles.
