Role Definition:

Drive initiatives that enhance employee success and engagement for managerial and leadership roles . This includes managing IDPs, ensuring successor readiness for critical roles, and leading employee engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement IDP frameworks for managerial and leadership roles.

- Hi-Pot Development: Partner with HRBPs, L&D team, and managers to identify development needs and create personalized learning journeys.

- Successor Readiness: Monitor successor readiness for critical roles in alignment with succession planning and career pathing initiatives.

- Manage and supervise Talent Review forums to assess promotability and readiness of identified successors.

- Drive interventions like mentoring, job rotations, and leadership programs to build future-ready talent.

- Maintain dashboards to track readiness scores and succession coverage.

- Design and execute engagement strategies for leadership roles, including leadership summits, feedback forums, and recognition programs.

- Analyze engagement survey data and implement action plans to improve managerial effectiveness and collaboration.

- Partner with L&D for capability-building initiatives linked to engagement outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.

- Certifications in Leadership Development or Employee Engagement (preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of IDP design and succession planning.

- Expertise in employee engagement strategies for leadership roles.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR dashboards and metrics.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural change.

Experience:

- 8 - 12 years in Talent Management with focus on leadership development and engagement.

- Proven experience in implementing IDPs and succession planning frameworks.
