Description:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Handle HR operations, documentation, and maintenance of employee records in HRIS systems.
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordination with hiring managers, and conducting HR rounds.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, R&R programs, and feedback activities to improve workplace culture.
- Assist in compiling and monitoring HR policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements in alignment with company standards.
- Manage attendance, leave administration, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the finance/payroll team.
- Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews, appraisals, and related documentation.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs, skill-building sessions, and mandatory compliance trainings.
- Prepare periodic HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Partner with business leaders for HR analytics, manpower planning, and workforce optimization.
