Lead - People & Talent - European Healthcare AI Startup

Location: HSR Layout

Budget: 22-25 Lacs / Annum + ESOPS + Yearly surprise bonus as per company performance

Mode: Work from Office

Our platform powers over 1M consultations a year across Sweden and Germany, with 200+ hospitals and clinics using our AI to automate clinical documentation, digitise care delivery, and cut the admin load off doctors. We are profitable, closing our next round, and expanding into India, the UK, and the US. We are 25 people today, with our India team based out of HSR Layout, Bangalore. We plan to double in the next 3-4 months.

This is our first dedicated HR hire. You will own talent and people end to end, and you will build the machine that turns a startup into a scale-up. No playbook handed to you. You write it.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners to guide people programs including performance management, talent development and feedback, total rewards, internal communications, and team health

- Use data and feedback to help identify trends, solve problems, and inform programs that improve employee experience and business outcomes

- Support employees and managers with coaching on career growth, feedback, collaboration, and change management

- Seek opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve our people practices, especially through better use of tools and systems like Workday

- Flex between the strategic and the operational, supporting daily people needs while contributing to big-picture initiatives

Requirements:

- Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.

- Ability to understand the business and key requirements.

- Adept at using HR technologies and tools for data analytics and solutioning.

- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

- Degree in HR from Tier 1 B-School or International Accreditation in HR is a MUST

Main Aspects:

- Hiring, end to end. Sourcing to offer to close. This is the job for the next two quarters.

- Partnering with founders on org design, hiring plans, and team structure. Onboarding, performance, and engagement built as systems that survive the growth.

- HR ops and compliance across India and Sweden.

- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
