
Role Summary:
The Lead - People Analytics & Process Excellence is responsible for developing advanced HR analytics solutions, ensuring data accuracy through governance frameworks, and driving process improvements across People & Culture (P&C). The role supports all P&C verticals with dashboards, insights, automations, and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making and enhance HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. People Analytics & Insights
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards (Power BI) for attrition, tenure, headcount, hiring, workforce planning, attendance, and performance data.
- Conduct diagnostic and predictive analytics to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
- Partner with HRBPs and CoEs to provide analytics support for business decisions.
2. HR Data Governance
- Drive data quality checks across HRMS platforms (Darwinbox/Workday/SuccessFactors).
- Implement governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in HR data.
- Collaborate with P&C teams to resolve data gaps and streamline reporting standards.
3. Process Excellence & Automation
- Identify opportunities for automation across HR workflows and implement solutions using Power Automate, Excel VBA, AI tools, and MS Teams notifications.
- Build automated trackers, self-service dashboards, and workflow alerts for critical HR activities (goal setting, onboarding, exit, compliance tasks, etc.).
- Document SOPs and streamline processes for scalability and consistency.
4. Reporting & Leadership Support
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports for leadership and global stakeholders.
- Support audits (internal & external) with data readiness, documentation, and compliance reporting.
- Partner with the HR leadership team to support People Strategy projects.
5. System & Tool Enhancements
- Evaluate new tools, AI models, and HR technology enhancements to improve HR efficiency.
- Support implementation and adoption of new analytics features or platforms.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical:
- Power BI, Excel (advanced), SQL, Python basics (preferred)
- Power Automate, AI tools (generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar)
- Experience applying AI/ML concepts to real HR problems (predictive models, text classification, automation)
HR Systems:
- Workday / SuccessFactors / Darwinbox
- Analytics
- Predictive modeling, statistical analysis, dashboarding, data storytelling
- Experience leveraging AI for insights and workflow transformation
Process Excellence:
- Process mapping, optimization, documentation
- Ability to design scalable workflows and automate repetitive HR tasks
Soft Skills:
- Stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, agility, business acumen
Experience Required:
Distribution:
- 6-8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Insights, HR Technology, or Process Excellence.
- Experience working with dashboards, governance frameworks, and HR transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI or automation solutions within HR is highly preferred.
