Our client is a well-funded, rapidly scaling fintech startup that is building a consumer rewards and discovery ecosystem combining digital payments, loyalty infrastructure, and an integrated brand commerce platform.
The Lead - Partnerships role will own the charter to onboard and grow brand partnerships with D2C and consumer brands across key categories. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role, ideal for someone who thrives at the crossroads of marketing, partnerships, GTM thinking, and brand empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and grow partnerships with D2C, e-commerce, and consumer-first brands across India.
- Lead end-to-end ownership of campaign-based, seasonal, or event-led collaborations with brands on the platform.
- Align brand TG with platform users to co-create high-visibility partnerships that drive both user delight and brand growth.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, CX, and tech to integrate brand partnerships within the app ecosystem.
- Track and optimize brand partnership performance using structured metrics (engagement, repeat usage, ROI, etc.).
- Represent the voice of partner brands internally, and ensure their long-term success within the ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 to 9 years of experience in strategic partnerships, brand alliances, growth marketing, or campaign execution.
- Prior experience working with or for D2C brands, fintech startups, or brand-led commerce platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive brand collaborations on a budget - high creativity, low dependency on spend.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital loyalty mechanics, and what it takes to create repeat engagement.
- Ability to think both strategically (brand positioning, TG overlap) and operationally (closing deals, managing timelines).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
