Role Overview :

The Lead Origination is responsible for driving origination, structuring, and execution of mid & large-ticket Structured finance / Private Credit corporate deals. This role oversees end-to-end cycle-from deal sourcing and credit evaluation to execution-ensuring optimal risk-adjusted returns and strategic collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Source and originate mid & large corporate structured finance deals across various industries and corporate clients.

- Build and nurture relationships with financial sponsors, corporate groups, institutional investors, and family offices.

- Lead structuring of NCD/loan deals, including terms negotiation, credit assessment, and documentation.

- Coordinate with internal credit, legal, risk, tax, and compliance teams.

- Maintain ongoing engagement with internal teams for large Structured Finance deals to ensure smooth deal execution.

- Provide actionable market insights and investor feedback to support deal structuring and pricing decisions.

- Produce and present deal pipelines, performance metrics, and strategic updates for senior leadership.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the deal lifecycle.
