Lead - Origination/Corporate Investment Finance - Structured Credit/Private Credit

As Lead - Origination, you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of structured credit and private credit transactions - from deal sourcing and structuring to execution and closure while building strategic relationships across corporate India and the investor ecosystem.

You will work closely with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in expanding the firms structured credit portfolio.

Deal Origination & Relationship Leadership:

- Originate and execute mid and large-ticket structured finance and private credit transactions across corporates and real estate platforms

- Build deep relationships with corporate promoters, institutional investors, AIFs, financial sponsors, and family offices

- Develop proprietary deal flow and create differentiated access to high-quality credit opportunities

Structuring & Execution Excellence:

- Lead deal structuring, commercial negotiations, and transaction execution

- Evaluate credit risk, financial strength, and structural protections to optimize risk-adjusted returns

- Drive seamless execution by partnering with internal credit, legal, risk, tax, and compliance teams

Strategic Deal Leadership:

- Provide market intelligence and investor insights to support pricing and structuring strategies

- Present deal pipelines, portfolio performance, and strategic insights to senior leadership

- Play a key role in scaling the firms structured credit franchise and institutional relationships

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

8-12 years of experience in:

- Structured Finance

- Private Credit

- Corporate Lending

- Debt Capital Markets

- Credit Origination or Syndication

- Proven track record of originating and closing complex corporate credit transactions

Strong expertise in:

- Credit structuring and deal negotiation

- Financial analysis and credit evaluation

- Transaction documentation and execution

Established relationships within:

- Corporate ecosystem

- Private credit funds / AIFs

- Institutional investors

- Real estate sponsors
