Organizational Change Management Digital Transformation
Overview
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute OCM strategies for large-scale IT or digital transformation initiatives.
- Co-manage or lead vendor-partnered OCM programs, ensuring alignment with internal goals and culture.
- Collaborate with project teams, business leads, and executive stakeholders globally.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor change effectiveness and adoption rates.
- Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives to support change leadership.
- Create and maintain stakeholder engagement plans across multicultural and virtual teams.
- Leverage collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) for efficient communication and engagement.
- Facilitate workshops, town halls, and training sessions for impacted user groups.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management.
- Proven ability to manage or co-manage vendor-led OCM programs, especially in large-scale digital or IT transformation.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.
- Experience working with global teams, across time zones and cultures.
- Solid understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, or similar).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
