Lead - Organic Growth - Real Estate

This role is for Truva, which is an App in Real Estate sector, and the job is based out of its Mumbai Office in Powai.

Only if you current CTC is the range of 15-25 lakhs then apply for this role

CTC Range is 25-30 Lakhs + ESOP

What you will do ?

- Own retention & lifecycle marketing (Netcore: email, WhatsApp, push).

- Build and scale referral programs.

- Generate hyperlocal organic leads via society activations, WA groups, and community channels.

What they are looking for ?

- 3-6 years building referral programs/community-led growth/retention marketing/LinkedIn lead generation channels/ambassador programs/UGC led acquisition.

- Problem solver, execution-first.

- Strong customer-first thinker with ability to turn user insights into growth actions.

- Ownership mindset with a track record of real outcomes.
