Role Overview:

The Lead - Export Operations will oversee the end-to-end export lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between internal production units, logistics partners, and international clients. Based in Gujarat, this role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of the supply chain by managing complex documentation, regulatory compliance, and order fulfillment timelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and warehouse operations, to ensure that export targets are met with precision, directly impacting the company global service delivery standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire export order cycle from receipt to final delivery to ensure timely fulfillment and adherence to international trade standards.

- Execute accurate export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to facilitate smooth customs clearance and minimize transit delays.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to optimize logistics costs and ensure reliable transportation of goods.

- Maintain rigorous compliance with export regulations and trade policies to mitigate legal risks and ensure operational transparency.

- Monitor order status and provide proactive updates to stakeholders, resolving discrepancies in documentation or shipment schedules to maintain high service levels.

- Analyze export performance metrics to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement process improvements that enhance overall efficiency.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex export documentation and navigating the regulatory landscape of international trade.
