Lead Oracle Projects Functional Consultant

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead implementation and support projects for Oracle Projects modules, specifically Costing and Billing.

- Work across enterprise systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, SAP PS, Monday.com, Zoho Projects, and EcoSys (experience in one or more is acceptable).

- Own end-to-end functional configuration and prepare detailed functional design documents for complex RICEF components.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of project management processes across multiple domains, backed by real-world implementation experience.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Develop and execute test scripts aligned with client requirements and functional specifications.

- Collaborate closely with the product development team to contribute to domain enhancements, feature development, and functional testing.

- Provide process improvement recommendations across procurement, payables, and receivables workflows.

- Drive AI-led product enhancements by identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and supporting implementation of AI-driven features.

- Conduct competitive analysis of similar products and recommend enhancements to ensure market competitiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Preferred: CA / MBA

- Candidates with other relevant professional qualifications and strong domain experience will also be considered.

- 8+ years of experience in functional consulting, product management, or enterprise application implementation roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Projects (Costing & Billing) is mandatory.
