A large management consulting firm running non voice BPO/KPO is hiring operations transformation lead  Firm has offices all across India and the candidate can be based anywhere in metros (Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore)  An ideal candidate is:  Qualification: MBA or equivalent business / economics / accounting degree from a recognized institute  Experience: 3 to 7 years of post qualification relevant work experience  Functional Experience : Finance & Accounting  Prior consulting experience is highly desirable  Industry Experience: Communication; Media; technology; financial services  The successful candidate should have strong consulting and business skills in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated experienced working with complex business process outsourcing, originating or delivering managed service opportunities  Key skills:  - Partner effectively with Sales & Client relationship teams to source and selling new opportunities  - Partner with client leads to understand business priority and operational challenges.  - Develop real world solutions to resolve client business needs.  - Develop and articulate proof of concept for clients including strategy, scope, staffing, engagement setup and execution.  - Lead and supervise Operations Transformation projects based solutions  - Engage with Senior level stakeholders effectively in a dialogue.  - Develop new methodologies and assets to support Transformation projects.  - Work with deal teams to provide subject matter expertise and industry / offering insights for important client proposals and RFPs.
