Lead - Operational Risk - NBFC - CA

We are Hiring for a Leading NBFC in their Risk Department

To develop methodology and mechanisms to monitor and control Operational risk within the organization and develop early warning signals for monitoring the risk profile to ensure that proactive measures can be taken on timely basis.

Role:

- "Lead - Operational Risk" management for the organization, including developing and implementing the Operational Risk Framework, RCSA plans, KRIs, and continuous monitoring mechanisms.

- Further to develop methodology and mechanisms to monitor and control Operational risk within the organization and develop early warning signals for monitoring the risk profile to ensure that proactive measures can be taken on timely basis.

Focus:

Operational risk policies and processes (including BCP, IT risk, outsourcing), process automation/improvement, early warning signals, and mitigation planning in coordination with business teams.

Job Description:

- Managing Operational Risk team including developing strategy for monitoring and controlling operational risk within the organization

- Review of risk management policies and processes covering Operational, BCP, IT and outsourcing risks

- Devising & implementing Operational risk framework

- Developing & monitoring organization wide Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework including development & implementation of annual assessment plan

- Identification of critical risk factors within the organization and implementation of mitigation plans in consultation with respective business team

- Development & monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRI) across the organization

- Creating analytical framework for continuous monitoring of the operational health of the organization with timely intervention

- A good understanding of IT security framework to ensure mitigation of emerging IT Risks

- Approval of product and process changes

- Continuous review of the existing process with emphasis on automation and process improvement

- Development of MIS for critical risk parameters and continuous monitoring

- CA/MBA (Finance) is preferable
