About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the Operational Risk Management (ORM) function for a leading NBFC. The role involves implementing the risk governance framework across business and support functions and driving proactive risk identification and control enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor ORM framework, policies, and procedures

- Manage incident reporting, root cause analysis, and loss data tracking

- Facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and test control effectiveness

- Support KRI identification, monitoring, and breach reporting

- Collaborate with businesses to review processes, SOPs, and systems for risk gaps

- Lead ORM reporting for ORMC, RMC, and senior management

- Drive automation in ORM processes and perform UAT for system changes

- Promote risk culture through training and awareness programs

Key Requirements:

- 6-10 years in Operational Risk / Internal Audit / Risk Consulting (preferably in NBFC/BFSI)

- Strong exposure to RCSA, incident analysis, risk reporting, and governance

- Familiarity with GRC tools (e.g., Archer, MetricStream) and automation projects

- Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills

- Ability to drive cross-functional risk reviews and internal training
