- We are seeking a senior leader to spearhead a high-impact engagement with NITI Aayog, shaping and scaling the NITI for States digital platform. This initiative empowers state-level policymakers with actionable data, sectoral insights, and tools to drive governance excellence and development outcomes across India.
- The role involves leading strategic alignment with senior stakeholders across ministries, anchoring in-depth sectoral research, and ensuring the platform's adoption, scalability, and long-term impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning content, data, technology, and outreach to deliver a user-centric, innovative, and impactful public sector digital product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with senior government and non-government stakeholders.
- Facilitate high-level consultations, co-creation workshops, and review forums.
- Anchor research across sectors like health, education, livelihoods, and skilling to generate actionable insights.
- Guide platform governance, roadmap development, and iterative improvements.
- Drive adoption and effective use of data and AI to influence last-mile decision-making.
- Lead program planning, timelines, deliverables, and team performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 16+ years in government advisory, digital transformation, consulting, research, finance, or development leadership.
- Master's degree in Economics, Data Sciences, Statistics, or related field; additional public policy/digital transformation certifications preferred.
- Proven experience with public/government data systems and sectoral research.
- Experience working with senior government officials at central and/or state level.
- Strong track record in managing large, complex programs with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi.
