Description:

NRM Project Management Lead:

The NRM Project Management Lead supports the execution of Net Revenue Management initiatives across pricing,promotions, value architecture, and channel optimization.

This role focuses on project coordination, tracking, and execution support for defined NRM workstreams owned byPricing / NRM leads.

The individual will operate primarily at the project execution level, bringing structure, rigor, and consistency to delivery while supporting alignment across teams.

A critical aspect of this role is providing clear, consistent visibility to internal stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Structuring:

- Build and support execution plans based on direction from Pricing / NRM leads

- Maintain project plans including timelines, milestones, and task tracking

- Break down complex initiatives into trackable tasks

Portfolio & Capacity Management:

- Manage multiple concurrent project trackers for NRM initiatives

- Identify trade-offs and capacity gaps and elevate to stakeholders

Execution Tracking & Delivery:

- Track day-to-day progress of assigned initiatives

- Identify risks and escalate to NRM / Pricing leads

- Maintain visibility on tasks, dependencies, and blockers

- Ensure strong execution discipline

Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Coordinate across Pricing, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Analytics

- Follow up on action items and escalate blockers when needed

- Drive alignment through structured meetings

Stakeholder Communication & Visibility:

- Provide updates through regular status reporting

- Maintain trackers and standard reports for visibility

- Highlight progress, risks, and key decisions

- Ensure no surprises through proactive communication

Governance & Process Discipline:

- Run weekly reviews and portfolio tracking via status meetings

- Build templates for tracking and reporting

- Drive consistency across initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

Experience

- 3+ years in project management, consulting, or analytics roles

- Experience supporting multiple projects or workstreams

- Exposure to pricing or revenue management preferred

Technical Skills

- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

- Experience with project tools (Smartsheet, MS Project)

- Ability to maintain structured plans and trackers

- Experience in QSR, retail, or multi-unit environments

- Exposure to franchise models

- PMP certification (optional)
