Description:
Role responsible for end-to-end operational governance. The role involves managing the business support vertical, overseeing RTA operations, coordinating heavily with Product & Technology, and ensuring friction-free distributor experience. Ideal for someone with deep MF operations expertise and supervisory capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire Business Support function with ownership of people, processes, SLAs, and escalations.
- Drive alignment between Operations, Product and Tech translate business needs into product requirements, review developments, test new features, and ensure smooth deployments.
- Build scalable processes for onboarding, transactions, reconciliations, documentation, and compliance for MF distribution.
- Act as the key SPOC for RTAs; ensure adherence to all RTA guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory norms.
- Review MIS dashboards, operational health metrics, partner activity, and escalate issues proactively.
- Benchmark service standards with leading platforms; implement best-practice models.
- Manage distributor escalations and maintain strong service orientation across the team.
- Drive automation, efficiency improvements, and error-free operations.
- Mentor team leads, conduct performance reviews, and build a high-performing support unit.
Mandatory Requirements:
- NISM-VA certified (must)
- 5+ years in MF operations, fintech operations, AMC/RTA processes, or distribution support
- Proven experience managing mid-sized teams
- Strong expertise in MF transactions, KYC/AML, FATCA, RTA processes
- Hands-on stakeholder management with Product, Tech & Business heads
- High comfort with data, Excel, dashboards, and process documentation
- Experience in fintech distribution models
- Exposure to partner-driven platforms
- Process automation / transformation experience.
