Description: Were hiring a high-ownership Lead Modern Trade to lead and scale the MT business nationally for a fast-growing consumer food brand. The role comes with complete ownership of Modern Trade including MT P&L, national key accounts, channel profitability, expansion, and execution. The ideal candidate should be equally strong in commercial negotiations, relationship management, and on-ground execution. Key Responsibilities: - Lead national Key Account Management across MT chains - Drive topline growth, profitability, and channel performance - Manage commercial negotiations, promotions, visibility, and JBPs - Ensure strong execution across availability, visibility, and sell-out - Drive expansion across accounts, regions, and store networks - Work closely with distributors and cross-functional teams to improve execution - Build scalable systems, reporting structures, and execution processes Ideal Profile: - 8 - 12+ years in Modern Trade / Key Accounts within FMCG, Food, or Consumer brands - Strong experience managing national MT accounts and driving growth - Strong commercial acumen and understanding of trade economics - Hands-on, execution-focused, and high-ownership mindset - Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
