Role & Responsibilities:

Were looking for a Media Analytics Lead who can turn complex marketing data into clear strategic decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of media strategy, analytics, and marketing effectiveness, helping brands understand what truly drives growth and where media investments should be optimized.

What you'll do:

- Lead Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and marketing effectiveness analysis

- Translate analytics into clear media investment and strategy recommendations

- Build automated dashboards for real-time decision making

- Integrate multi-platform marketing data into centralized analytics frameworks

- Drive advanced measurement solutions including GA4, BigQuery, ADH, and privacy-safe attribution

- Partner with strategy and media teams to enable data-led planning and optimization

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Strong Marketing/Media analitics profile

- Mandatory (Experience 1): 7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics / Media Analytics, with strong exposure to marketing performance analysis and data-driven decision making

- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have Hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution modeling, or marketing effectiveness analysis to measure the impact of media channels on business outcomes.

- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong understanding of the digital and media marketing ecosystem, including channels like search, social, programmatic, display, and video, along with key performance metrics.

- Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience in integrating multi-platform marketing data and building centralized analytics frameworks for consistent analysis and reporting

- Mandatory (Technical & Analytics Tools): Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Power BI or Looker Studio

- Mandatory (Dashboarding & Reporting): Must have experience in building automated dashboards and performance reports to support real-time marketing decision making

- Mandatory (Collaboration & Communication): Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to work with marketing, strategy, and media teams
