Lead - Marketing - NBFC
Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify target customer segments across affordable housing, salaried, self-employed, and emerging markets.
- Plan and allocate marketing budgets across channels to maximize ROI.
Brand Development & Communication
- Strengthen the organizations brand positioning in the housing finance ecosystem.
- Oversee development of brand communication, creatives, and marketing collaterals (brochures, videos, digital creatives, branch branding).
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Customer Acquisition & Field Marketing
- Design regional/branch-level marketing campaigns to support business development.
- Drive BTL/ATL campaigns including print ads, outdoor, radio, property-site activations, and channel partner engagement programs.
- Support sales teams with events, exhibitions, and local brand awareness initiatives.
Product & Customer Insights
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling.
- Provide insights for product development, pricing decisions, and customer experience improvements.
- Track consumer trends in real estate, mortgages, and housing finance.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Define KPIs to track campaign performance and lead conversion.
- Monitor marketing dashboards, measure ROI, and optimize spend.
- Manage vendors, agencies, and marketing partners.
Internal Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead a small marketing team and work closely with cross-functional departments.
- Drive internal communications, employee branding efforts, and training for sales teams on marketing tools.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines in all communications.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 15+ years of marketing experience; minimum 5 years in BFSI/Housing Finance/NBFC preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
