Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns - Execute social media marketing and lead generation activities - Analyse and interpret web analytics data to optimise strategies - Create content for social media, branding, and promotional campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals - Ability to think content strategy and can sync with agencies for creative content - Experience with SEO, SEM, etc to make organic growth flourish - Experience with SAAS products is a major expectation for this role - Support video content creation, social media management, and online engagement initiatives - Industrial or Manufacturing experience is a MUST - Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. - Track and report on budget utilization and ROI. Performance Analysis: - Regularly review analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. - Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to senior management. - Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies - Experience in Lead Generation and Marketing - Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics - Ability to analyze and interpret Web Analytics data - Excellent communication and project management skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - Experience in the technology or web development industry is a plus
