
What will you own?
We're looking for a traffic-obsessed, lead-gen-driven Head of Marketing with ruthless execution and a love for experimentation. Someone who lives in dashboards, understands acquisition at a deep level, and knows how to scale predictable inbound pipelines across
SEO, Meta Ads, Paid Search, Influencers, Landing Page CRO, and Content Engines. Prior hands-on scaling experience in at least three of these channels is a must.
You'll join 15+ elite operators and founders obsessed with getting this big, a team that pushes hard on learning, iterating, and winning every single day.
Key KPIs for this Role :
Traffic & Acquisition:
- Grow monthly website traffic from 15K - 40K+ in the first 3 months
- Scale SEO & AEO to contribute from 10% to 30%+ of total traffic within 6 months
- Grow Meta + Google Ads to deliver predictable weekly inbound leads
- Keep paid CAC efficient while scaling budgets via better targeting and ad optimization.
- Launch 2 new acquisition channels with measurable ROI
- Demonstrate hands-on execution in at least 3 channels: SEO, Meta, Paid Search, Influencers, CRO, content
Lead Gen & Conversion:
- Improve landing page CVR by 20-40%
- Run continuous experimentation with 2+ A/B or CRO tests per month
Revenue Impact:
- Drive measurable uplift in MQL - SQL - Customer conversion
- Directly contribute to 20% MoM revenue growth through acquisition improvements
Ops & Execution:
- Build a marketing engine with weekly reporting, dashboards, and clear attribution
- Own budgets, allocate experiments, and run growth sprints with founders
- Establish a predictable lead + revenue forecast model
You will be a good fit if you:
- 4-8 years of experience in performance marketing / growth roles at a tech-first company (preferably product-led, SaaS, or marketplace)
- Proven track record of scaling acquisition channels from scratch to meaningful volume
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in at least 3 of the following:
- SEO & programmatic SEO
- Meta Ads / Paid Social
- Google Ads / Paid Search
- Influencer marketing
- Landing page CRO
- Content engine & editorial systems
- Experience managing - 2-4 Cr+ annual paid budgets with efficient CAC targets
- Built a data-driven attribution funnel and used it to make spend decisions
