Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact FMCG Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand growth and market penetration strategies across key hubs including Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kerala. In this role, you will act as the architect of our consumer journey, bridging the gap between traditional brand building and modern digital acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams - including product, sales, and supply chain - to ensure our marketing initiatives translate into tangible business outcomes. By leveraging deep consumer insights and data-driven storytelling, you will drive brand equity and market share, ensuring our products resonate deeply with our target audience in an increasingly competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate D2C and B2B channels to accelerate brand visibility and revenue growth.

- Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across social, search, and programmatic channels to maximize return on ad spend.

- Collaborate with regional sales teams to align marketing efforts with local market dynamics, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

- Analyze consumer behavior data to refine product positioning and identify new growth opportunities within the FMCG sector.

- Manage brand budgets and agency partnerships to ensure high-quality execution of creative assets and media buying strategies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to build and scale consumer-facing brands through a mix of performance marketing and long-term brand building initiatives.

- Exceptional proficiency in managing complex digital ecosystems, with a proven track record of driving conversion in both D2C and B2B environments.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams toward a unified business vision.

- Proven capability to translate complex market data into actionable insights that inform product development and pricing strategies.

- A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a premier institute is preferred.

- High adaptability to a dynamic work environment, with the ability to manage regional operations effectively across multiple locations.
