Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

- Define and evolve our brand positioning, narrative, and identity.

- Ensure all brand expressions uphold the codes of luxury while reflecting modern cultural relevance.

- Steward brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints and markets.

Strategic Category & Portfolio Leadership:

- Collaborate with product and merchandising teams to support product prioritization through a brand lens.

- Develop differentiated strategies for key product categories (e.g. Solitaire, World Traveller, Expressor, Kundan Polki, Heritage Gold).

- Navigate brand architecture and tone across categories-balancing exclusivity and accessibility, and innovation.

- Anticipate and address trade-offs across product tiers, aligning stakeholders on strategic storytelling priorities.

Sensitivity: Internal

Segmentation, Targeting & Consumer Insighting:

- Leverage existing insight and research capabilities to sharpen segmentation and audience understanding.

- Refine targeting strategy using cultural, behavioural, and attitudinal data-especially UHNW and HNW individuals.

- Translate global consumer insights into actionable brand direction and creative briefs.

Campaign Strategy & Creative Development:

- Lead the strategy, briefing, and creative oversight of global brand campaigns-across seasonal, product-led, and cultural moments.

- Partner with leading agencies to develop emotionally resonant, breakthrough creative.

- Ensure creative excellence across all assets: film, print, digital, social, experiential, influencer, and beyond.

Content Leadership & Asset Production:

- Oversee content strategy and production across formats and platforms.

- Guide content development that builds brand desire while supporting performance marketing goals.

- Ensure elevated, consistent brand expression across markets and channels.

Collaboration & Leadership:

- Work cross-functionally with performance marketing, PR, eCommerce, and regional marketing leads.

- Lead agency relationships and creative governance.

- Champion the brand internally, building alignment and enthusiasm across teams.

Your Profile:

- 10+ years in brand communications, ideally within luxury, fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle sectors.

- Proven track record of building iconic brands and launching emotionally resonant campaigns.

- Deep experience in category storytelling, insight-driven creative development, and global brand stewardship.

- Strong strategic thinker with refined creative judgment and an eye for detail.

- Confident navigating tension between brand equity and commercial growth.

- Experience managing agency ecosystems and leading global teams.
