Role Summary

As the Marketing Communications Lead, you will own the end-to-end brand campaigns and shape the narrative of a global luxury jewellery brand. This role encompasses strategy development, creative briefing, execution across global markets, and partnership management with creative agencies. You will be instrumental in defining brand identity and positioning, driving global awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and continuously evolve the brand identity, positioning, and narrative that resonate with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) individuals.

- Lead global brand campaigns across multiple channels, including film, print, digital, experiential, and influencer marketing.

- Collaborate with creative agencies to conceptualize and deliver emotionally impactful and breakthrough campaigns.

- Utilize consumer insights and segmentation to craft targeted and highly effective marketing communications.

- Guide content production ensuring creative governance and consistency across all markets and platforms.

- Manage global campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and stakeholder expectations.

- Work closely with internal teams including PR, digital marketing, product, and sales to amplify brand messaging and optimize campaign performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in brand communications, preferably in luxury, fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle sectors.

- Proven track record in building iconic brands and launching high-impact, global campaigns.

- Sharp strategic thinker with strong creative judgment and ability to blend luxury brand codes with modern cultural relevance.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing agencies and cross-functional internal teams.

- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, particularly UHNW and HNW segments.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
