We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Lead - Marketing & Strategy to spearhead the global marketing function for a fast-growing IoT-driven startup. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who excels at combining strategic foresight with hands-on execution, and thrives in scaling brands across dynamic, international markets.
The role provides high ownership, strong leadership autonomy, and the chance to work closely with senior leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product direction, strengthening brand positioning, and spearheading global market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic marketing, market intelligence, and GTM planning across regions.
- Drive product marketing, including product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and competitive analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support product strategy, new market launches, product performance assessment, and feature adoption.
- Own branding, digital marketing, PR, and communication initiatives.
- Oversee campaigns, product launches, and market expansion programs.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team while optimizing budgets for maximum ROI.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record in global markets (preferably Asia/Latin America).
- Strong experience in building marketing strategies, GTM plans, and brand development.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, and often ambiguous environments.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Strategy, or Business Management preferred
