About the Role:

As a Lead Market Research & Analysis, you will translate data into actionable insights that shape product, brand, and business strategies across multiple categories. This role is critical for driving strategic growth through market intelligence and analytical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end market research programs across domestic and international markets.

- Identify consumer, pricing, and cultural trends across premium and lifestyle categories.

- Drive consumer and brand insights to strengthen marketing and positioning strategies.

- Deliver product and merchandising analytics including demand forecasting, pricing, and lifecycle optimization.

- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for global benchmarking.

- Analyze business and channel performance to support strategic decisions.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional research teams to deliver impactful insights.

Ideal Profile:

- 10-12+ years in market research, consulting, or business strategy

- Strong background in consumer insights, analytics, or retail strategy

- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and trend analysis
