Lead/Manager - US Treasury Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 7+ years of hands-on experience in US Treasury Operations, bringing deep expertise across Cash Management, Treasury Operations, Liquidity Management, Data Analysis, Automation, and Reconciliation. The ideal candidate must possess strong exposure to U.S. and international cash and liquidity processes, with proven experience in managing ACH and Wire payments, Lockbox operations, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), and advanced fraud-control tools such as Positive Pay and Payee Match. A solid background in working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and direct involvement in U.S. cash management activities is essential. The role demands someone who can combine analytical strength with operational excellence to drive efficiency, accuracy, and seamless treasury processes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end to end treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management.

- Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and funding management through instruments like FHLB advances, brokered deposits, and borrowing facilities.

- Monitor and handle U.S. payment and settlement systems such as Fedwire, ACH, and SWIFT.

- Prepare U.S. regulatory and compliance reports, including FR 2900 and FR 2052a.

- Support the management of treasury investment portfolios, comprising fixed income and money market instruments.

- Reconcile cash, securities, and derivatives with the general ledger.

Work in specialized treasury management systems such as Kyriba, FIS Integrity, SAP, and Finastra.

- Automate processes and drive efficiencies using tools like SQL, VBA, and Python.

- Prepare comprehensive MIS reports and cashflow forecasts for senior management.

- Collaborate with diverse teams including accounting, ALM, risk, operations, and global treasury functions.

Requirements:

- A Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications like CFA, FRM, or MBA will be a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in treasury operations with an understanding of U.S. payment and settlement systems.

- Hands on experience in managing U.S. regulatory and compliance reports.

- Knowledge of treasury management systems (Kyriba, FIS Integrity, SAP, Finastra).

- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in SQL, VBA, and Python for automation.

- Excellent communication abilities and collaborative teamworking skills.
