About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead / Manager to drive end-to-end hiring across technology verticals.

The role involves leading recruitment efforts for both permanent and contract staffing, managing client expectations, and mentoring a high-performing team.


If you have a strong domestic IT hiring background and a track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts, wed love to connect.


Key Responsibilities:


- Own and drive the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.

- Strategically partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring goals and deliver on talent needs across levels and technologies.

- Lead a team of recruiters (if applicable), ensuring delivery targets, quality, and TAT are met.

- Work across both permanent hiring and contract staffing mandates.

- Serve as the single point of contact for client interactionsensuring timely communication and delivery excellence.

- Build and manage talent pipelines for niche and volume hiring requirements.

- Drive talent attraction strategies using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, hirist), social media, internal databases, and innovative sourcing techniques.

- Negotiate compensation packages and manage candidate expectations effectively.

- Stay up to date with hiring trends, technology changes, and market movements to advise clients accordingly.


Requirements:


- 610 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment, with exposure to both contract and permanent staffing.

- Proven experience in handling multiple client accounts independently.

- Hands-on expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level tech roles.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills able to guide junior recruiters and manage a hiring desk.

- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search techniques, ATS, etc.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
