About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced SEO & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our SEO and paid initiatives.

The primary focus will be on SEO (70%) to drive organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation, with performance marketing (30%) to support paid campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be a strategic leader with hands-on expertise, capable of delivering measurable impact in growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the SEO team and define new strategies to boost organic lead generation and traffic growth.

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).

- Conduct detailed keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis.

- Optimize website architecture, content, and landing pages for improved search visibility.

- Plan and oversee performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads).

- Allocate focus: 70% SEO and 30% paid campaigns.

- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with actionable insights.

- Collaborate with content, tech, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices.

- Keep updated with the latest search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of proven experience in SEO, with strong results in organic growth.

- Sound knowledge of performance marketing and hands-on experience in paid campaigns.

- Prior experience in leading an SEO team and building scalable strategies.

- Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Tag Manager, and PPC platforms.

- Strong analytical, strategic, and reporting skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
