Role Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members.

You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented across multiple teams, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in application delivery.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Skills Required:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting - Margin Analysis (Account based COPA) + Assessment (Cost allocations)

- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights.

- Experience in process improvement methodologies.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Any graduate

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience
