Lead/Manager - Sales - IT

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with 10 to15 years

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Plan Execution:

- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

- Utilize AI-driven insights to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

- Monitor and optimize sales processes by using right set of tools.

- Customer Relationship Management:-

- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.

- Implement CRM systems and tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.

- Collaboration and Communication:-

- Collaborate with marketing, pre sales, and other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.

- Communicate sales goals, strategies, and performance metrics to senior management.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and results.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 15 - 20 years of experience in inside sales, with a strong focus on digital and AI technologies.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of digital sales strategies and AI-driven sales tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

- Education:-

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Technical Proficiency:

- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in sales, such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and chatbots
