
IT Sales Lead / Manager
We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Sales Lead / Manager to spearhead our business development and sales initiatives across IT services and product offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise sales, solution selling, and team leadership, and is passionate about delivering value to clients through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.
- Present IT services/products to CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to create tailored proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives (if applicable) to achieve collective sales goals.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing enterprise accounts.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and forecast accurately using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Work closely with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation, cloud, enterprise software, or SaaS products.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
